This ultrasound was taken on January 21, at approximately 9 weeks. Again, look for those two plus signs (that you can barely see inside that egg-shaped sac). The one on the left is the baby's head, and the one on the right is the baby's rump. The baby is 1.9 centimeters long. We saw a bit more of a heartbeat this time, especially since the magnification is about twice that of the previous ultrasound.
