Joe spent the night with us. Since I was unable to care for Rebekah, he did. When she woke up crying from hunger, he would feed her glucose water through a syringe since I was unable to try to nurse her yet. He held her, rocked her, comforted her, and he was there as a companion and comfort for me too.
